Setting up a Linksys WAG120N

    Has anyone else setup this modem on Eirom.

    I've entered all the settings from the eircom website

    Username: eircom@eircom.net
    Password: broadband1
    Encapsulation: PPPoE
    Multiplexing: LLC Based
    VPI: 8
    VCI: 35


    but its not recognising the settings for some reason:(

    Is it showing as being synced with Eircom?

    No the problem is with the Eircom connection, I've connected to the home network but the problem seems to be in connecting to the internet (Eircom)

    What message are you getting on the home page of the linksys?

    Check the router status page to see if it is finding the Eircom bb signal.
