Trading in Xbox 360 Elite for Xbox 360 slim

    Hi.
    I can't get through to HMV to ask them but I'm thinking of trading in my Elite for a new slim and I'm wondering do HMV do the transfer of data for you in store from your old console to the new one?

    Why not just copy it to a hard drive or usb key?

    I have a 4GB USB key alright. How would I copy the info accross and how would I restore it again correctly to the new machine?

    €80 in Gamestop, I think €87 in HMV but I also have the Black "N" Wireless Adaptor which will get me an extra €30 (gamestop) and if I through in another controller I'll get an extra €12 (gamestop). But that's €122 off a new one.

    Do Xtra Vision take consoels for trade-in?
