Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I recently purchased a Laptop which included MS Office 2010 for home and student it cost €99 as part of package with laptop.
At the time I purchased I wasn't aware of the user License number
accompanying the software, I now see it is a 1 user license

Rather then paying for another office package again to use it on another PC, is it possible to buy a license( cost less) to use at home?

Microsoft are making $1Bn per month at the moment.

Check the license out carefully , there was a 3 copy deal for office student and home used in the same family? (cba looking up exact conditions they change that often)

Yes, I saw that on the website of PC World where I puchased my laptop,
Currently you can buy MS Office 1 user for €99, but you can also buy MS Office 3 user for €129
I didn't know this at time of purchase, hence why i looking to find out if I can upgrade my single user license..

Redmond, Wash. – Oct 28, 2010 – Microsoft Corp. today announced record first-quarter revenue of $16.20 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2010, a 25% increase from the same period of the prior year. Operating income, net income and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were $7.12 billion, $5.41 billion and $0.62 per share, which represented increases of 59%, 51% and 55%, respectively, when compared with the prior year period.

sorry my bad, misread the figures income was per quarter , 3 months / 13 weeks

so income is over $1bn a WEEK

NETT income is $1bn every 17 days
