latest weather forcast and travelling by road

Dear Experts, should the latest forecast stop me/us from making plans such as attending a meeting in Dublin, planning to leave Letterkenny area at 7AM by car Thursday morning? Would this be seen as taking the chance of getting stuck somewhere between Dublin and who know's where on the way home if leaving Dublin around 3PM?

Cheers. Tomorrow evening would be the time to make the call I suppose. I'm mostly concerned about other traffic, not as well prepared, getting stuck and blocking my route, specially after leaving the motorway. If snow is to accumulate from Monaghan up at that stage it could get interesting...
