    hi can anyone from eircom help with my broadband order please.eircom mark was suppose to get back yesterday but didnt.bascially got my line activated with new number on friday and still no broadband or modem yet and my kid is breaking my heart over wanting xbox live.how long more have i to wait for this to come on.thanks in advance

    yes my colleague Mark is chasing this, I can see order for the line is processed. Mark should be in touch before 14:00 this afternoon. Hope to get this processed as soon as possible.
