Help finding a good Heart Rate Monitor...i think!

    Hi there,
    Just hoping someone can give me some guidance as my boyfriend just mentioned that he'd like a Heart Rate Monitor or similar for Christmas.
    Anywhere in Dublin or online i can buy/review them to get the right one?
    Looking for something that
    shows distance, calories burned, records past training sessions etc.
    He would be using it for running mainly but would wear swimming too.
    I'm out of my depth here but liked the look of the Polar HRM's online especially with ability to upload details to personal trainier online etc.
    All ideas/opinions welcome ASAP as i'm VERY late with this Christmas pressent i know!
    Wasn't looking for something too expensive, around €100, but would move up / down depending
