Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you look at the comments on that forum, you will notice this:
Freesat spokesperson: Freesat has been informed by Chello Zone UK that there are no plans to launch these channels in HD in the near future

That is not to say they wont launch, but I would not expect them any time soon.

Shame. I don't watch them now in SD but the more HD channels the better.

Besides Boston Legal, isn't CBS Drama mainly a platform for vintage shows?
I'm not sure they would have any HD versions to run with.

OK, so they could upscale but that's that proper/true HD.

So by default, the channels had/have film (so called HD) prints already, and are/were just limited by the fact that HD systems weren't available yet? :o

    No.
The shows may or may not have been film. Distribution to Broadcasters will have been by tape.
