Hi im in 5th year and my xmas tests are starting monday :(, i have done no study yet as i am finding it very difficult to do so.
Could anybody help me to find a way to motivate myself to study/best way to learn things off fast, or is it too late?
    Thanks.

To motivate you? Sorry, can't help much in that department. Try and imagine how fúcked you'll be if you don't study, fear is an awesome motivator.

Getting everything done in 5th year, which is only like 4 months of school, if you paid attention in school for the last 4 months you should be able to cram MOST of it. As in, it's doable to get that amount of study done 5 days, especially with the weekend off to study. But that means staying up day and night studying. It's NEVER too late. It'll be tough, and you'll either do it or you won't, up to you.

    G'luck with it! :)

Get a picture of the dole line and put it above your study desk.
    Work wonders for you!
