Roads in and around malahide village are lethal. Seriously... Be careful. Snow is very heavy!

It really doesn't look like it at all. Can only base that on the fact that nothing south of Bray has come within a sniff of getting any - according to the lack or reports and the radars/sattelites. But who knows what the rest of the night has in store.

wouldnt it be great if that massive orange blob over birmingham blew our way:P

If this does not die down soon (and it's very heavy still) we will be measuring depth in inches not cms.

Just out of date, repeating what I heard on the radio.

    Update:
LUAS Green Line is running a full service again between St. Stephens Green & Brides Glen following earlier curtailments.

Sandyford has been bucketing down for the past hour. It's some crazy heavy snow at the moment.

The radar image is just awsome, Dublin is getting pounded for a while yet!!
Easily 2 - 3 inches already in the last hour or so, awsome stuff!

Have a weather station?, why not join the Ireland Weather Network - http://irelandweather.eu/

Should we expect this trend to continue overnight?

Could be some bad disruption to traffic tomorrow morning if thats the case!

thats what it said earlier when it wasn't running past Ballaly also. It then started to go as far as Sandyford, but no further. Apparently it was initially due to power cut, not sure if they are properly running now though, luas.ie is down for me. RTE last update was that the still weren't running at 2.30..
