Still sunny in Dun Laoghaire but with a biting icy North wind.

Bleedin' right... the wind nearly cut through me walking down Marine Rd about an hour ago.

I'd love to know what the wind chill was because it wass absolutely freezing coming off the harbour.

Has anyone noticed that the M2 buoy has gone n/a ? I hope it got hit by the fallout from the destruction of the Isle of Man! :)

Also lets remember that this is supposed to be the warmest part of the day (11am to 3pm) but temperatures have been falling, I'd say it will be rather chilly after sundown

A strong shower of hailstones has been followed by a heavy-ish shower of snow in Mountrath in the last 10 minutes.:D

GME is the first 12Z model out of the blocks. It's not one of the best performing models, but anyway....

    gme-0-42.png?12

No sign of that low being further north.

That model has the low in pretty much the same position as it had it on its 0Z run.

It's not a very reliable model though and usually overdoes things so hard to know yet if that trend will continue on the other models.

GFS/UKMO/ECM/NAE will be the important ones.

Sleety rain here in North Tipp and has started turning a lot colder so hopefully we will see a snow shower later tonight.:)

GFS at 3:30, NAE starts just before that. UKMO out soon after GFS begins and ECM after 6.
