Freezing in ennis now, with a dew point of -1.

What due points look good for snow?

Looks like I might have to skip the Windy Gap enroute up there tonight Vizual!!??

You should be all right on the Windy Gap road, I saw a salt truck coming in that road earlier and the main roads seem to be fairly ok...but I suppose to be on the safe side might be worth going via pontoon even though its a bit longer...Safe driving!

Not sure how how often the darts go from greystones, but wouldn't be easier to get a dart there, even if it is early? Means you'll get up there anyway.

Good idea thanks, I actually didnt think of that.

I was hoping for a STAY OFF THE ROADS type reply. Ah well :)

    Where abouts are you?
Im here in crossmolina, Co. Mayo and we have only had a few very light snow showers, nothing worth talking about :(
I thought we'd get it better than this

I'm running the station that shows up as Clonee on www.irelandsweather.com.

Sometimes the map has a problem reading from it, but you should always be able to get it at:

    http://www.cooltemperate.com/clonee/

It'll be accurate for the Clonee and West D15 area.
You should maybe take your indoor temperature off that :)

Thanks for that .... I have 3 alternatives from Bofeenaun, Windy Gap, Glenisland or Pontoon. Like this time last year (and 2 weeks ago) think I'll be going Pontoon way. Its the steep climb at our end of the gap thats the problem! Good to have the options anyway!;)

Picture the scene, Christmas Morning in Cork, a 6 year old boy is making his way to Mass along PANA .

There is snow a foot deep all over and as the boy crosses the road he is hit in the face and blinded by a massive snowball thrown by the Parnell Place gang.

His big friend is with him and he attacks the gang and drives them off, but the boy is crying his little heart out and shaking.

That boy cursed the gang and hated the snow, ever since there has never been snow in St Patrick Street.

That boy was ME!!!! I only remembered this today amazing.

I hope Sunbabe08 has been keeping ye all informed in my absence. Good.
