Half ounce a week for 3 years, lost interest then when i moved to a new job. AS much as i loved it i feel 1000 times better, but still get the odd bag and Neil young CD out for old time sake. When i quit, i started smoking ciggies on them 5 years, off the last two weeks which has been tough but as much as i love smoking ciggies i feel better again!

Couple of posts removed. Mostly to do with the asking / telling how to take drugs bit of the above guidelines. Advocating one method of taking or one piece of apparatus over another sorta craps on that bit.
