Finding out what a premium rate number is for?

Don't know if this is the right forum for this at all, honestly haven't got a clue where to put this. Can mods please move if it's not? Basically going over a phone bill here, and someone has dialled a bunch of premium rate 1580 numbers (One five minute call was nearly €15!) We're trying to find out what they are but…

We're trying to find out what they are but searching online yields no results for them. Is there any way to find out what they are without actually ringing them? Like a directory or something?
