Weather really must be bad lately as today felt like a great day but there were a good many moments when the chill you hit ya, had wet hands in the evening and the bones in my fingers hurt!

Don't look at the snippet about Summer forecast in the Weather forum, in the daily forecast thread (forget the right name).

10pm last night, hail stones bouncing off the yard.

Another 7 month winter up here.

Neighbour who had a 60x30x10 pit of silage unopened, has half of it sold in the last week.

Was a good bit of rain this morning. Expect alot of spray from vehicles so take your time. Traffic seemed very light at 7am so might still be the same later on for you.
driving into Dublin Wednesday afternoon, just at M50, it poured outa the heavens and high speed wipers(new blades) couldnt clear windscreen, so slowed a liittle down to 60-70 ,cars flying past as if dry, no wonder there are accidents
rest of evening and yesterday fine, rain here this morning

Definitely here in Cavan cattle have gone back in, its noticeable driving round the county that fields are empty again.

was going to let out cattle tommorrow , they wernt out yet. dunno though the place isnt that flush with grass yet with ewes and lambs, but should be good growth next week with temp around 16-18 celcius. just looked at the phone temp in london next week are between 22-25 celcius. even giving for city temp surely the home counties would get +23 celcius? thats what we need now!

Heard a lad coming out with that rubbish the other day. It might have been true fifty years ago when the "hay" was made in July and half of it was rushes.
Rain has just stopped after five hours bucketing down. Lots of cattle back in sheds around here.
