Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Sennheiser CX300ii

    Hey

I bought a pair of Sennheiser CX300ii in HMV in September for 40euro. I was happy with them up until this evening.

Unfortunetly, the sound is very low in the left bud. Despite the right bud working to perfection. This fault happened out of nowhere as they were working perfectly last time I used them, yesterday.

All I have is the headphones, a case which came with them and the receipt. I don't have the box or anything else. Will HMV give me my money back or do I have a leg to stand on?

Any help at all is appreciated, Thanks in advance.

You have the receipt so you can get a repair, replacement or refund, which one of those is up to you and hmv to decide amicably.

Of course if they show that the fault is your own then there's not a lot you can do.
