Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Happy Christmas or Season's Greetings?

    Noticed that a local TD, who's a man I'd usually have respect for, has put 'Season's Greetings' rather than 'Happy Christmas' on his, well, Christmas card.

    This sort of pc stuff is particularly silly - as if this time of year is treated as a holiday for a reason other than it being Christmas. It's Christmas. Why is the word some sort of offence?

    Do you agree with the replacement of 'Happy Christmas' with 'Season's Greetings' so that people are not "offended" by being wished a 'Happy Christmas'?

    What about Chanukah? Or people that don't celebrate Christmas but the TD still sends the fecking card out anyway, which I reckon is another unnecessary expense that we're paying for.
