    MEIRELES is correct I think.
    DIAMANTI played for West Ham (sparkling hammer).
    Red Bull penalised for BLUE flag in Hungarian GP and cost them the race.

    Seems very obscure.

    I thought 81 dn was an anagram of "I'm lesser"
