Waking up from electric shocks

Oh my god I've had shocks waking me up on my right side it feels so freaky and I don't know what is causing it. Like I can move just it feels like I'm being plugged into something. It's only happened twice the first time it happened I freaked out I thought I was havin a heart attack. I don't know what to do can some one…
