Who exactly does the PRTB report to?. Is it minister for environment and local government. To cut a very long story short. I took a case aganist a landlord and won, but I havent received the money that was owed, that is over 2 years ago now, so I intend to go to whoever the prtb answers to, as they have been absoluteley usless in this, and am getting nowhere.

Have you told the PRTB that you have not been paid?

The PRTB can take the case to the courts as a criminal offence - but you have to advise the PRTB that you have not received your payment.

Incidently, how long did it take for your dispute to be resolved? As you may well know, the PRTB is not particularly fast in relation to claims and disputes!

I'm not certain, but I think you can go to the district court for summary execution of the decision.

Hi folks, yes the Prtb do know that I havent been paid and I signed off on forms maybe 9 months to take legal action, but nothing appears to have happened since.
