Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Microsoft Office Live Workspace Replacement

2 things, why have Microsoft pulled the plug on ‘Microsft Office Live Workspace’ in favour of Sky Drive (which is sh**), and secondly, is there anything available online that offers the same for free, or even at a small cost.

Most of what I have found is either too expensive, as I only need it for student group based projects for college, or doesn't have enough functionality, like Sky Drive. (have i said that its sh** already?)

So far I have signed up to glasscubes, which looks well designed, but space and users are limited on the free service.

I have also sent emails to sosius.com and ajaxworkspace.com looking for a reduction for students.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, considering the thread has been moved to the comp and tech forum, has anybody any experience with implementing an open source platform such as moodle?
Wikipedia has some comparison info on an open source based project management suite, but this stuff is entirely out of my comfort zone, and have never done anything like this before.

Nobody in the tech forum implemented something like this? Find that hard to believe...
