Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

I'm going to Paris with my boyfriend for 4 days after Christmas. We've been a few times before so have done all the main touristy things! Can anyone recommend something a bit different or off the beaten track?

    Thanks!

    Catacombes as mentioned above.

Cemeteries are interesting too, Pere Lachaise, Montparnarsse...

Try some of the lesser known parks, Buttes Chaumont is gorgeous.

Head out of Paris itself and explore some of the closer suburbs: Mont Valerien in Suresnes as some stunning views of the city for example.

Go on a cruise on the Canal Saint Martin.

Go shopping in the covered arcades off the grands boulevards (bvd montmartre, haussmann...)

If you're going soon there should still be the outdoor ice rink set up outside hotel de ville.
