Heard merit scores being referenced in other threads. Just wondering what this is based on - Do you do tests like aptitude scoring, or real life simulations, or simply down to your application/interview?

you sit a IST scored out of 70

then if you pass its off til the assessment centre basically load actors saying this and that you are scored on how to react and deal with it etc

if your AC score is same as someone else then the IST mark is used
