A quick visit to City Square's website tells me that they are open:

Mon 20th 9:00am - 8:00pm
Tue 21st 9:00am - 9:00pm
Wed 22nd 9:00am - 9:00pm
Thu 23rd 9:00am - 9:00pm
Fri 24th 9:00am - 5:30pm

I saw a lot of Christmas shop hours like Debemhams, Tesco, Superquinn are all open late this week

Tuesday- 9pm
Wednesday -11pm
Friday- 6pm
