Where to get a bottle of egg nog?

    Any one know of any supermarkets selling egg nog...?

    I've not seen it where I shop.

    You could try making it yourself.
    10 egg yolks
    0.25 l water
    300 g of sugar
    0.25 l of cognac or brandy
    vanilla bean
    0.5 l of 90% spirits
    Heat the water and sugar until it dissolved and then let it cool. Beat the egg yolks into the sugar and mix until creamy. Add some vanilla bean and gradually pour in the alcohol. Leave in a warm place for a week and strain into bottles.
