Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Freesat help

I purchased a freesat branded HD box yesterday. I will fit it later myself but what I want to know is....

I had skyHD in and will take the box out. Two cables come down from the sky dish into the box but there is only one hole available to insert the cable into on the freesat HD box

So what cable do I insert into the box? Can either do?

Thanks again for answers to previous threads guys

The two lines are just for two independent signals (used when recording one station while watching another etc).

    Either will do.

Just to clarify - is this a Freesat receiver - not a recorder? If it's just a receiver, you only need one cable as there is just one tuner. A Humax Freesat PVR (recorder with hard drive inside) has two tuners like a SKY+ box so you would connect both cables.

If it's just aFreesat HD receiver, then either cable will do

    If it's a freesat HD+ then you'll need both
