Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Wingtsun Open Seminar : Mechanics of the Internal Structure and related strategies.
    This open seminar aims to give WC/WT practicioners the tools to be aware and self-develop their internal structure and fighting strategies throughout their training, whatever their level.
    Technically speaking, through simple exercises we will focus on building springs in the joints, using the wave effect and improving a rooted stance.
    Elements of strategy will be introduced as well, in order to connect purely internal exercises with their martial application ( e.g: the use of the back in strikes and absorption, linear and rotative forces applied to steps, kicks and punch to break/deflect opponent’s structure, etc..).
    Saturday 15 January and Sunday 16 January. Maximum 15.
    Saturday 29 January and Sunday 30 January. Maximum 15.

    Starts at 2 p.m. Duration : 4 hours.
    40 eur.

    Hi Colibri,

    The seminar will be held on Synge Primary School. You will find the complete address on the website wingtsun.webs.com.


    There is a free car park if you are coming by car. According to the responses i received so far, the best dates to attend the seminar are:

    - for those already initiated to WC : 15th of January ( bring a pair of glove if you have some we might need them biggrin.gif ).

    - for others MA practicioners: saturday 29th
