Great play from Berbatov, Rooney looking like he's getting closer and closer.

Long shot, but you didn't happen to see it, did you?

Utd appear to be all over them - looks like Bruce will be 0 for 17 now!

Afraid not, BBC says it was a good ball from Hugo Rodallega and a great finish by Cleverley to slide it in under the keeper for what its worth!

I wish Ando would shoot more

Google fromsport.com scroll down to man utd match and it's one directly above the one that says veetle.

Cleverly has 3 goals in 4 games now, and scheduled to return to us on 1 January if I'm not mistaken? He might slot right into the team the way he is playing of late.

I think it was Mitch that said he could be staying until the end of the season.

Nothing's decided yet, only real news is that Cleverley himself says that he doesn't know what will happen, but that he's enjoying his football at Wigan and would not mind staying there if that's what happens.

Had some visitors call in there so I missed the last 20 minutes of the first half. Did Sunderland come into it a bit more? Was hoping it would be 2 or 3 nil by the time I came back.

They got a bit better but united still created chances.
We should be well ahead, fingers crossed it's not going to come back and bite us, Sunderland have been the jammiest set of bastards ever today.

First thing I thought of after our first 15 minutes of domination without a 2nd goal was that it might come back and bite us, here's hoping we push on in the 2nd, with Ronney grabbing a goal or two hopefully:D

I'd say we'll kick on and get another few goals, but a jammy comeback is always possible, I'm trying to think positive as we've deserved a lot more from the game so far not only from near misses but our general play.

Fergie won't let them sit back after playing like that in the first half I'd say. He'll want a few goals, especially with Goal difference becoming so important in the league now.

It's fantastic to see Anderson and Rafael playing like this, and with Cleverly and Wellbeck doing well on loan, it makes for a bright future.
