Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone who feels depressed, anxious or has anything bothering them is welcome to attend Grow on O'Connel St.(Old Bruce College building) Meetings take place monday-thursday 8-10pm. Monday night is reserved for the 18-35 age group whereas all age groups may attend tuesday to thursday.

It could be marital strife, drinking too much or self harm or anything that's making life feel difficult. You can discuss it in Grow, there's no charge and with support things can get better.

Grow has been in Limerick since the 1970's but awareness of it isn't as great as we'd like. Advertising costs money and none of us have as much of that as we need.

If it's ok with mods. I'll add this to sticky also as a general Limerick Resource.

My best Christmas wishes to all.

I did the Gatekeeper Suicide Awareness/Prevention course in college last year, and I can still remember the talk we got from representatives of GROW. It's a fantastic resource, definitely one that the people of Limerick should be aware of.
