Didn't know that. Ok in that case :

    180225.jpg

A bit of a bloody film, not exactly a historically accurate movie but something a bit different for a change.

Here is a review of this cinematic masterpiece to speed things up :

If you are a brain-dead teen girl that liked twilight you will love this movie. The combat scenes are rather lacking reality, the girl has the sexual attractivity of an all used up whore, the male character (that apparently she digs) it just a horny teen, the Nazis are just costumed scarecrows... What can I say? There are not a lot of reasons to watch this movie. If you are at a certain mental age the lesbian scene (yuri) so frequent in movies today might be a reason to watch those 3 minutes, but the rest is utter crap. The actress has no ****** skills whatsoever. No ******* like in ******** * or *********, she cannot even properly hold a ******. And the ******* where reduced from unique ****** to simple ******* . I am not talking that she acts like an angst teen. After **** years I guess she should have matured...

A clue to this movie, the director is a German, it's from 2011.

The director also stars in the movie as a concentration camp guard.

This movie director promised to stop making movies if an online petition reached 1million signatures. It's currently at approx 350k. This movie was the subject of a pre-release critics boycott. The director compared his movie to Alain Resnais's 1955 documentary Night and Fog.

This movie was made using sets and costumes from another film which was also featured in this thread.

Is it the Battle of Berlin or Stalingrad ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,659 ✭✭✭✭Tony EH

Yes, it's 'Stalingrad: Hunde, wollt ihr ewig leben'

    Your go.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,273 ✭✭✭Morlar

Ok, here is a very recent one 2011 I think, big budget one. I haven't seen it yet so can't comment on quality but not a historically accurate movie, more of a hero flick (this is apparently a still from the movie set).
