I don't really know how to word this correctly, but....

I love The Clash, and Joe Strummer's amazing. But he was before my time. However he influenced all my heroes, Dickie Barrett, Mike McColgan, Steve Neary, Matt Pruitt, the LaRocca's and many more. For that (and his music) I'm eternally greatful.

    R.I.P. Joe. :(

Joe Strummer has always been and remains to be my hero and idol.

Sadly, I'm only sixteen so Stummer/The Clash (My all-time favourite band) were all before my time.

Though my earliest memories are of sitting down on the couch when I was two/three-years-old and belting out the lyrics of their songs! :D My favourite song used to be "London's Burning" and I'd scream out the 99999! lol the memories. I'm feeling nostalgic now. =')
