Cold medication early pregnancy

Hi all- looking for a bit of reassurance.... have 1st baby through IVF so figured it would be the same route for #2... I have just done a test today and its positive!!! Afraid to believe it, really dont want to get my hopes up and know the rollercoaster of emotions false +'s can bring... Anyway my q is, I had a head cold…

Anyway my q is, I had a head cold last week and took lemsip (x2), day&night tabs (x3), actifed (x2) over 2 days... I would have been 4 weeks from my last period... I am already totally paranoid of any harm this may have done... plus I was drinking but more worried about the medication.... any reassurance from anybody who may have taken such drugs in early days and got told by doc it was OK? Many thanks for reading
