Anyone's Kindle 3G access working today?

Bought a Kindle 3G for the missus, and tested it out fully before wrapping it up, now on Christmas Day she can't get a 3G signal at all. It worked perfectly before. Maybe it's all those new 3G phones (and Kindles) that Santa brought today that everyone's playing with clogging up the network or something? Normal WiFi works…
