it is just rumour of whether will the ladder reset when the next patch comes. (bliz confirmed the new patch will be in January anyway)

I heard this somewhere too,

Only 1 placement game, though, and I think they said they'd be keeping the secret ranking and uncertainty factor on each player, so really, it's just a stats reset, you'll be put back where you were before the reset.

Its will rest when the new leagues are introduced as some of the diamond league would be messed up with so many platyers leaving. The patch should be soon enough
