Everio Camcorder Problem

Bought new JVC Everio GZ-MS11 camcorder. The problem is the battery pack (BN-VG107E) won't charge and the charging lamp stays on (should blink when charging) when connected to the DC terminal. Battery is aligned and clicked in correctly. Have tried without success over last 2 days to charge it.

Take it back to the place you bought it for a replacement.

My nephew got the same model, he hasn't had any issues with it
