It varies day to day and from institution to institution - unless you're changing thousands and thousands the difference probably won't be worth driving that bit further to the bank with the better rate. The only place you might save money is on commission charges - not sure what they are with the CU. Best option is to pick a day and phone all of them, and head over to the one with the best rate on the day.
