Nokia 2730 network unlocking?

I can't find the unlocking thread so I didn't know where else to put this. Can anyone tell me where I can network unlock a Nokia 2730 from o2 as cheap as possible. The only sites I can find online seem a bit dodgey or want €35 to unlock the phone, which seems a bit excessive for a phone that's only worth €70.

o2 will give the code for free if you have spent €130 on credit, or straight away if on bill.

~Otherwise take it to an unlock shop, they will do it via cable for about €20-€30
