    Right, I'm hoping this thread will help to keep me motivated.
    I've basically ate and drank whatever I wanted for about a year now and am determined to have a major change for 2011.

    My goal for now is to run http://www.rivermoymarathon.ie/ and build from there.

    I am....
    Sex ; Male
    Age ; 38
    Weight ; 13 stone
    Height ; 6ft
    Waist ; 42''
    Bicep ; 11.5''
    Hobby ; Skiing

    Basically not fit, very little muscle.

    The other thing is I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, a rhumatiod arthritic condition that was diagnosed 14 months ago. So I need to stretch plenty, staying fit is important to help the condition.
