    In fleet engagments (lag fests) they use the drake shield recharge to keep the ships alive while spewing missiles.

    The Firewall video was amazing to see drakes being owned =)

    Not to mention that they are cheap to replace if things go wrong in said lag fest.

    Rokh's and Hyperion's etc used to be par for the course but at 120+ mil at the time they got a little expensive to be replacing on a regular basis.

    There's that in-built resist bonus they get making them a little easier to tank and keep the DPS high.

    I had a Drake once. It was alright. No Bantam, but then few things are.
