    Trained last night and got some good work in but my lower back seems to have decided to quit on me. It's causing me some pain but I should be grand, I just hope the pain around that area and surrounding area's subsides over the next few days.

    DB Bench

    DB Fly's
    2 x 12 - 12.5's

    DB (Dead Stop) Rows

    A tonne of stretching and rolling......to no avail

    Will be adding in knee wraps tomorrow when I squat, to get used to them and to become more efficient in using them over the coming weeks.

    Had a good session today, wanted to get some time in my wraps and did. The gym was very humid aswell and I also had a little accident.

    Usual Warm Up plus some

    Squats
    2 x 8 - 60
    2 x 5 - 100
    1 x 5 - 120
    Added Wraps
    1 x 5 - 140
    Also Added Belt
    5 x 3 - 175

    2 x 5 - 140

    Dimel Deads/RDL's
    1 x 10 - 60
    3 x 10 - 100

    Seated Band Leg Curls
    4 x 15 - Blue Band

    Weighted Bridging
    5 x 30secs - 50kg

    Seated Alt DB Curls
    3 x 10 - 22.5's

    So that was a good session and got some time in my wraps. The session took a while and knee wraps are work in themselves.

    Well on my first set with 175, I was reracking after the triple and I completely missed the hooks on the monolift. I was infront of the hooks now and there was no way I'd be able to rack the bar!! So I pushed the bar forward and TIRED to duck under it but it smashed the back of my head.........oh well **** happens and know I've a nice big bump on the back of my head.

    Looks like I'll be benching tomorrow, triples with 125!

    Got in to bench today and things didn't work out at all. Was benching today instead of tomorrow as I've other plans.

    Did all my warm up sets, my right bicep wasn't feeling the best but I thought it would be grand.

    No no, the plan was to do 5 triples with 125. Did a slow single with 125 and racked it. I had no power at all and my right bicep was in bits.

    Was pissed at this stage and just wanted to get the hell out of there. Did a few real light sets but the bicep felt awful, then a few accessory stuff and headed.

    I've been thinking all day and I'm actually gonna bench on Tuesday and do what's planned, bicep should be grand by then and then push back deadlifting until Wednesday.

    Benching the day after a hefty squat session is not a good idea!!

    That's what im gonna do, I wanna hit what's planned and that's it. Mightn't be a great idea but oh well!

    Didn't go completely to plan but happy enough to be able to bench.

    Squats were nice and easy. Got more time in the wraps so that should pay off.

    How's the elbow?

    Elbows are grand.

    Right bicep is bugging me the day after squatting but is grand, bit of stretching helps.

    Benching went well today but I can still feel it in the bicep so the descent is slowish.

    Everything else seems to be good ATM!!

    The triples from the floor were easy and smooth.

    I planned to double 240 but my hand ripped open like the vag it is. I was really pleased with my speed with the 240, so that slightly makes up for it.
