Water leaking in bay window

For the last six months or so water has leaked from inside the top of the upstairs bay window in my house whenever there has been a lot of rain or over the last few weeks when the ice in the gutters has been thawing. The water leaks in at three points along the top of the window frame. The whole horizontal top of the bay frame can now be easily pushed up and down. I am no expert but I think there must be a problem with the gutters above the window. I would appreciate any advice on diagnosis and recommendations. Thank you.
