When do services desks re-open in 2011?

Hi, I have some paperwork to submit to the Arts & Human Sciences programme office in the Newman Building early in the New Year and I was wondering if anyone knew when these offices are re-opening?

The buildings will re-open on the 5th but I do not know what that particular PO is doing.
