If you mean where you can go up and choose what type of food you have and walk back to your table rather than a set menu or something along the lines of the all you can eat Chinese in High Street then I haven't heard of nor have been to one within the city limits :-(
We have been to all Indian Restaurants along the Quay and High Street and neither offer such service
