Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Try transferring the file from the device again.
Does the file play on the phone?
Do any 3gp files play on your computer?

you may need what's called a codec, which is a piece of software that will enable you to play media files in media player that windows doesnt automatically recognise. the codec pack i usually recommend is sharkys codecs software, which can be downloaded from here-

3GP is quite an old format too though by the way as most smartphones now record in *.mov or *.mp4 format so it could be possible too that the file simply became corrupted with age, although this is unlikely if you can still play it back on the phone.
