RSC Track ?

    Guys,

    Do you know if the RSC track is open to the public for running or how could you use it ? Is there a track in the Kilbarry complex ?

    Closed this week afaik
    It's open to public it costs a few euro to use the track and changing rooms payable at the office at the old stand .

    Thursday evenings during the winter there's a winter league which is a 'race' which finishes at the rsc. You can do laps of the track beforehand to warm up and at the end of the run you do a lap again to finish.

    Winter league starts at 7pm thurs evenings and you can do a 2m or 4m route. Cost 5 quid each week but it all goes to charity. Its back on after the christmas break on the 6th Jan. Its great fun, everybody is real friendly and you'll get cheered on all the way around the route.
