    Hi,

I got a new xbox for christmas with 250 gig HD.
I currently have a 20 gig one and am looking to transfer my stuff over.
Is the only option the transfer cable?
I read that some save games cannot be transferred using a USB stick.

On a related note - anyone around cork have a cable I could have a lend of :D

Im pretty sure you can use a memory stick to transfer anything as long as it doesnt go over the size limit, but you select "move" not copy so it deletes it off the original hard drive also.

Ah ok - Might give it a shot so.
Do I have to move rather than copy?
Just afraid that the transfer might not complete and I would have deleted the stuff...

Yeah I had to use "move" not copy to transfer data from a hard drive to a memory stick for mass effect 2 and Guitar hero 5 data, and then I copied it back fine.
