Alvarez shortening. He was about 6/4 not long ago iirc, around 10/11 or evens now. Expect money to come in for Conor late and Alvarez will drift a bit again.

Any support for the idea of Tate losing by sub?

Her opponent loves a sub & is 15/2 with pp

Or is Tate just too good for her?

She has a few sub wins, but boxing is her strength here. By making this a grappling match is tipping it back in Tate's favour.
It's possible, but probably shouldn't be part of her Game plan

so far just the double of wonderboy and frankie which was best priced at evens last night

expecting a very comfortable win tbh

surely jj a cert or close also
think mj will spend most of the bout trying to avoid being taken down so it's surely khabib all the way (same as trujillo fight imo)

think there's value in romero on pts as I don't see him finishing weidman, value at 11/2 imo (betv)

frankie+khabib fights to go the distance at 2.92 not bad also or both on pts and a bigger price maybe (4/5+13/10)

even wonderboy pts at 7/2, I see a repeat of the rory wonderboy fight here with woodley being picked apart for 5 and being very hesitant as he had been when fighting rory, maybe I'm giving woodley too much credit thinking he might even last five

I think the 1/2 on wonderboy is the bet of the year, I'll give up betting on this lark for the year if wonderboy loses this...he can't though imo

I've done edgar/khabib both by decision.

Also done a small bet on Belal r3 at 15/1, I watched his last 2 fights and he was strongest in r3 (won it against Jouban, finished last opponent). Luque is a finisher who starts with a good pace, haven't seen a lot of him but I think there's a chance that he's tired by the time r3 comes (if it gets there).

Any reason as to the big drift on McGregor?

Have him at 1.61 in a double and a treble.

Thinking taking the 1.8 ina single now

I'd take McGregor now if you fancy him. His odds will shorten again by fight time imo.

    Jut added a 4 fold -

    Yoel/Weid over 2.5
    McG/Eddie under 3.5
    Thompson to win
    JJ by tko/ko or decision

    At about 4/1

Having looked into the JJ/Karolina fight I don't see how JJ loses this. Fought much better opposition and beaten them more comfortably.

Disagree, Conor's price here with the uk and Irish bookies is going one way and its drifting

I done the below accumulator all to win.

    Miesha Tate
    Chris Weidman
    Joanna Jedrzejczyk
    Stephen Thompson
    Conor McGregor

    20 quid returns 171

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,948 ✭✭✭0gac3yjefb5sv7

I'd say this will be an easy one for Conor, over within 2 rounds

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,738 ✭✭✭ASOT

Have 50 on McGregor R2 KO @ 6s then a few accumulators across a few sports. Absolutely dying for the fights.

I have an accumulator with these plus Frankie and Khabib to win. 25 returns 380. My second ever ufc bet, first was 50 on rockhold to win over bisping lol.

You put 50 on Rockhold at 1/10 to win a 5er?

Looking to put a bigish bet of 25 quid on something. Looking for about returns of 150/200. Any tips?

A ko in each title fight

A ko in each title fight

20/1 odds for that seems ridiculously high!?

I was meant to put it on a few fights but accidentally placed it after picking that bet.

Value = Odds represent a less chance of it coming off than there actually is (ie. Higher odds). Conor is 25/1 for the sub on BV, I'd say that's pretty fair in terms of chance. There are no likely scenarios where Conor subs him in my head. People are saying if he hurts Eddie he'll jump in and sub him, but he had top control on a wobbled Siver and decided to pound him out. Top control on Holloway and threatened nothing (I know it was a while ago but we don't have much to go by). In terms of Eddie on top, he's had Pettis and Giblert on bottom recently and they've threatened nothing.

Anyway good luck. I've just noticed people quote value on Conor sub most fights but I don't see it. I only see him winning via KO in r1 or possibly r2.

As in that is the only way you see Conor is going to win? or if he is to win he will win in round 1 or 2?

Those are two very similar questions, not sure what you want.

I think if Conor wins tonight it's very very likely that it's in r1 or maybe r2 by KO. Any other route to victory is unlikely in comparison imo.
