Music - Time, Beats etc

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.

I've never understood music time, rhythm, beats etc. I don't understand it at all. Doesn't' come naturally. I want to take a dance class - but want to get some basic knowledge first.

Can anyone suggest a book, CD or website that could help?

You don't have to watch all of them. I'm familiar with most of the concepts in it, but I still found it an enjoyable watch!
