Our little fella who's almost two was giving us major hassle around bedtime...sometimes lying awake til 11pm. He was also taking naps during the day.

However literally overnight its all changed.

The other day he didnt go for a nap at all, so we put him to bed at around 8 as he was loking tired. He slept the whole night through.

Three nights have been like this....is it a blip in the pattern? You know how a house can be a different place at Christmas...

He might just be growing out of his need to have a nap during the day, sounds like if he's going to bed earlier & sleeping through the night then he's getting enough sleep.

Then again, like you said with Christmas & the house being different, there might just be a bit too much excitement going on that he doesn't want to miss during the day :)
