Hi all, Does any body have any tips/suggestions for apartment hunting / apartment sharing in New York (either west brookyln / queens on Manhattan itself) I can probably afford a one bed apartment but as I'd be moving over on my own I'd prefer a couple of 'normal' people to share with. Hi all,

Does any body have any tips/suggestions for apartment hunting / apartment sharing in New York (either west brookyln / queens on Manhattan itself)

I can probably afford a one bed apartment but as I'd be moving over on my own I'd prefer a couple of 'normal' people to share with.

Normal being people who can sit around with and talk with, have a few beers etc

Only really looked on Craigslist so far but havent found anyone that sounds even remotely normal

Anyone recommend any websites or approaches for finding rooms in apartments?
