Construction on Barrow St question

Hey Guys,

I was just wondering if anyone knew what is being built on Barrow St at the moment. There has been a large building under construction for the past few years now and it is nearing completion. It is right across the road from Google and directly beside McConnell's advertising agency.

Are they going to be offices or apartments? or both?

that's the one. I seen it there a few weeks ago and it looks near to completion - masterpiece of a building.

Sadly McConnells went under earlier this year. Watched the progress of the building over the years, still a lot of internal work before it's ready to be occupied

Montevetro it is. they're putting the high speed elevators in shortly. some work still being done on the exterior.

I wonder when finished if it will be occupied with the recession going on.
